Instructions

  1. Cover and marinate strips of the chicken breast fillets in the teriyaki sauce for at least 1 hour.
  2. Sear the meat in the hot oil, remove it. Braise the vegetables in the same oil for 3-4 minutes. Add peanuts + peanut cream and soy sauce.
  3. Simmer for another 4-5 minutes, add the meat and the lemon juice.
