Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillet (s), cut into strips
- 3 tablespoon sauce (teriyaki)
- 1 bunch spring onions, slices
- 2 carrot (s), thin slices
- 2 leeks, thin slices
- 200 g suar peas, strun, cut in half at an anle
- 250 g mushrooms, brown, fine slices
- 200 g peanuts, roasted and salted
- 1 jar peanut cream
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce, light
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon oil, (peanut oil)
Instructions
- Cover and marinate strips of the chicken breast fillets in the teriyaki sauce for at least 1 hour.
- Sear the meat in the hot oil, remove it. Braise the vegetables in the same oil for 3-4 minutes. Add peanuts + peanut cream and soy sauce.
- Simmer for another 4-5 minutes, add the meat and the lemon juice.
