Instructions

  1. Prepare the roasting tube according to the instructions, season the chicken legs (also works with rabbit legs or chicken breasts) with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Wash and chop vegetables. Mix the white wine with the broth. Cut the parsley into small pieces.
  3. Put the vegetables in the roasting tube, add the wine and broth mixture. Season with chilli. Place the meat on the vegetables and puff and tie the tube as instructed. Pick 2 small holes with a toothpick or a sewing needle. In the oven for about 75 minutes at 180 degrees (convection). Please place on a cold baking sheet.
  4. If you like other vegetables, you can change that. Also tastes good with cauliflower, small potato cubes, zucchini, snow peas there are no limits to the imagination! I`ve already experimented and seasoned the whole Asian-Thai. Also very tasty.
