Mix the onion with the oil, cayenne pepper and cumin. Cut the washed and dabbed dry chicken either lengthways into strips or coarse cubes and stick on the 8 skewers. Then brush carefully with the spice oil. Heat a coated pan without (!) Fat and fry the skewers in it for 8 minutes.
Mix half of the sesame seeds, mint, yoghurt and coconut milk together, season with salt and pepper, divide into 4 bowls and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds. Serve the skewers.
As a starter for 4 people, as a main course with baguette for 2.
