Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s), finely diced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted in a dry pan
  • 2 stalks mint, cut
  • 200 g yourt, Greek
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the onion with the oil, cayenne pepper and cumin. Cut the washed and dabbed dry chicken either lengthways into strips or coarse cubes and stick on the 8 skewers. Then brush carefully with the spice oil. Heat a coated pan without (!) Fat and fry the skewers in it for 8 minutes.
  2. Mix half of the sesame seeds, mint, yoghurt and coconut milk together, season with salt and pepper, divide into 4 bowls and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds. Serve the skewers.
  3. As a starter for 4 people, as a main course with baguette for 2.
