Wash the red and yellow peppers and remove the seeds, then cut the peppers and 2 small onions into large chunks. Thread the skewers, alternating: pepper piece, chicken strip, onion piece. Heat 1 teaspoon sesame oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Place the skewers in the pan and grill for 6-8 minutes until the chicken reaches 74°C / 165°F internally. Flip the skewers and grill the other side for 4-6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Pour the cheese sauce over the skewers when serving.
