Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken thighs and pat dry. Rub with salt and spices. Place in a shallow fire-proof bowl and add the water.
  2. Then roast in the oven at a high temperature (200 - 225 degrees) for approx. 1 hour without the lid. A little longer if the thighs are very thick.
