Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Crush the garlic cloves and mix with salt, paprika powder, pepper, and olive oil to make a paste.
  3. Coat the chicken legs with the paste and place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  4. Cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces and distribute them between the chicken pieces.
  5. Pour water over the dish and sprinkle rosemary on top.
  6. Bake on the lower or middle rack for 50 minutes, until the chicken reaches 74°C (165°F) internally.
