Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken legs
  • 2 potato (s)
  • 2 carrots (or other vegetables your choice)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Paprika powder
  • rosemary
  • olive oil
  • some water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  2. Make a paste from crushed garlic, salt, paprika powder, pepper and olive oil and coat the chicken legs with it, then place on the baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cut the potatoes, carrots (or any vegetables) into small pieces and distribute them between the chicken pieces. Pour some water, sprinkle herbs on top.
  3. Fry on the lower or middle rack (top / bottom heat) of the oven for 50 minutes.
  4. Baguette or salad tastes good with it.
