  • 400 ml water or poultry stock, approx.

Instructions

  1. Mix the seasoning with the oil so that the raw chicken legs brush on both sides. Then put everything in a baking dish and bake at 180 ° C.
  2. After approx. 20 minutes, fill up with water or stock. Douse the chicken legs several times with the liquid available.
  3. After about 1 hour of baking, everything is ready. I serve the well-browned chicken legs with the resulting sauce, boiled potatoes and red cabbage as a main course.
