Ingredients

  • 2 chicken legs, each approx. 350 - 400 g
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil, creamy condition, otherwise more
  • Himalayan salt or sea salt
  • Pepper, whiter
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet, smoked

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Prepare a baking dish or deep baking sheet.
  2. Wash the chicken legs well and pat dry with kitchen paper. Salt and pepper well to taste and rub well with smoked paprika powder. Place in the mold.
  3. Melt the coconut oil briefly in a small pan and use a kitchen brush to put some oil on top of the chicken legs.
  4. Place in the oven and fry for 15 minutes on top / bottom heat. After 15 minutes turn the thighs and brush with the oil again. Fry for another 15 minutes, then turn again and season with the paprika powder if necessary. Fry again for 15 minutes, brushing every now and then with the drained oil from the mold.
  5. The thighs are so super tender and juicy.
