Stuffed Chicken Legs in the Oven

An amazing recipe for chicken legs in the oven, according to which I have long wanted to cook! The filling turned out to be very tasty and meaty. Stuffed legs look appetizing, can be served as hot or cold slices! Cook for your health and have guests ask you for the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Chicken legs – 4 pcs.
  • Minced pork – 400 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
  • Baton – 150 g (1/3 pcs.)
  • Fresh parsley – 1 bunch
  • Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Milk – for soaking the loaf

For glaze:

  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare all the products and start. I have 4 legs, you can take more.
  2. Carefully, with a sharp knife, free the legs from the bones, being careful not to damage the skin.
  3. Cover the boneless meat with foil and beat well. The main thing is that the thickness of the meat is the same everywhere.
  4. Mix salt (0.5 teaspoon) with oregano, black pepper and paprika.
  5. Sprinkle the legs with a mixture of spices (some spices will remain). We put the meat in the refrigerator for an hour, let it marinate.
  6. Cut off the crusts from the bread, fill the crumb with milk. We leave for 10 minutes.
  7. Pour the remaining spices into the minced meat, you can also add a little salt. We rub the onion on a coarse grater and also send it to the mince.
  8. Chop the parsley.
  9. Cut the sweet pepper into cubes.
  10. Add bell peppers and chopped parsley to the minced meat.
  11. We also send the egg and vegetable oil there. It remains to add the loaf soaked in milk, squeezing it well.
  12. Mix the minced meat and send it to the refrigerator for an hour.
  13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We divide the minced meat into four parts (according to the number of legs) and stuff the chicken legs. Fasten with toothpicks. It turns out a very appetizing stuffed chicken leg.
  14. We bake the stuffed chicken legs in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  15. Finishing touches: Mix the soy sauce and honey for the icing.
  16. We grease the baked stuffed legs well and put them in the oven for another 20 minutes in the oven.
  17. The stuffed chicken legs baked in the oven turned out to be very tasty! For myself, next time I will add a little dry garlic to the filling, for an appetizing piquancy. I recommend trying it!
