Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken legs, pat dry and season with paprika without salt. Place on a baking sheet lightly greased with vegetable oil and fry in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for about 40 minutes. Wash the cherry tomatoes, score crosswise (season with thyme / basil) and distribute them on the baking sheet with the chicken legs and let cook for the rest of the time.
  2. Mix the balsamic vinegar with the paprika spice and the brown sugar and brush the legs with it every now and then during the roasting time. With this recipe, I always use a baking dish instead of the baking sheet, because then the sauce is better caught.
  3. We always have brown rice in addition.
