Instructions

  1. Briefly fry the onions in the hot oil. Wash the liver, pat dry, dust with flour and fry with it. Add the cucumber and tomatoes, pour in the wine and season well with salt, pepper and thyme. Simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
  2. Mashed potatoes are best served with this.
