Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips or pieces. Season with salt and pepper and fry in a pan with a little hot olive oil.
In the meantime, peel and dice the onion. Clean the leek and cut into fine rings. Add both to the chicken and fry with it. Clean and cut the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Let it fry for about 10-15 minutes. Then fill up with the broth and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add the processed cheese and let it dissolve. At the very end, add the finely chopped parsley. Season everything again with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and Tabasco.
