Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast fillets with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Put the chips in a freezer bag (I always use a 3-liter bag), seal with a rubber band or cover with your hand. Crumble the chips into small pieces. The smaller the crumbs, the better they will stick to the meat later!
  3. Now add the oil, the spices and possibly a dash of Worcester sauce and mix well. Gradually add a few pieces of meat to the bag and press down the crumbs. I work in stages, it`s easier that way.
  4. Place the breaded nuggets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at approx. 180 ° C (convection) for approx. 20 - 25 minutes.
