- First mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, water, egg and sesame seeds together and leave to soak for about 15 minutes.
- Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry with kitchen paper, dice and season. Pull through the dough in portions, remove and drain.
- Then fry in hot oil for 5 - 7 minutes. Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
