Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add flour, spices and mustard and mix well with a whisk. Wash oregano, pat dry, pluck from the stem, cut into small pieces and add. Put the breadcrumbs in a second bowl.
Wash the chicken fillets and pat them well. Then roll in the egg mixture, then roll in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the nuggets for about 4 - 5 minutes on each side. Drain the excess fat on a paper towel.
Serve with a piece of lemon and french fries to taste.
