Rinse the chicken fillet and cut into cubes. Pat dry with paper towels. Beat the egg in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, and spices to taste. Keep both bowls near the stove. Heat 150 ml vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until it shimmers. Dip each piece of chicken first in egg, then in breadcrumb mixture, then in egg again. Fry the breaded nuggets in the hot oil on all sides for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F). Drain on paper towels and serve hot with vegetables or a light side dish.
