Make a marinade from olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary, thyme and other spices such as chilli. Put this with the halved chicken in a freezer bag and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Divide the potatoes as desired and pre-cook them for about 10 minutes, then briefly put them in the freezer bag with the marinade and place in a baking dish together with the chicken.
Bake for 40 minutes.
In the meantime, chop the vegetables and put them in the freezer bag (make a little marinade if necessary), shake and add to the potatoes. Bake for another 20 minutes.
Now the chicken should be crispy and the vegetables cooked.
