- Cut the meat, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms into pieces. Fry the meat, onions and squeezed garlic.
- Add the mushrooms and peppers and fry a little too.
- Then deglaze with broth so that at least the contents are covered, depending on how much sauce you want.
- Add the crème fraîche and thicken the finished sauce with cornstarch or flour.
