  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • broth
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 onion (s)
  • Cornstarch, for binding

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms into pieces. Fry the meat, onions and squeezed garlic.
  2. Add the mushrooms and peppers and fry a little too.
  3. Then deglaze with broth so that at least the contents are covered, depending on how much sauce you want.
  4. Add the crème fraîche and thicken the finished sauce with cornstarch or flour.
  5. Rice goes well with this.
