Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 400 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 250 g feta cheese, creamy (e.. cremas)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • Herbs (e.g. basil), dried

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the meat in it. Add the cut mushrooms and sauté briefly. You shouldn`t get too soft.
  2. Crumble the feta cheese or cut it into small pieces. Then add this to the pan and let it melt. Once it has a creamy consistency, it`s done. Season with pepper and herbs, depending on your taste. This goes well with rice or pasta.
