Instructions

  1. Prepare an appropriately sized saucepan with lightly salted water for the pasta. By the time the water boils, you have prepared the rest.
  2. Clean and / or wash all ingredients accordingly. Weigh the pasta. Cut the chicken breast into strips. Peel the onions and garlic and cut into small cubes. Halve the cocktail tomatoes. Chop the sage. Cut the feta into bite-sized cubes. Squeeze the lemon (tip: if you roll it over the work surface with light pressure beforehand, you will get more juice). Put the prepared ingredients and the spices in bowls.
  3. Now put the pasta in the boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Heat a large, tall pan with a little oil on the highest setting. Fry the chicken breast in it. When it`s halfway done, add the onions and garlic. When the chicken breast is cooked through and lightly browned, add the sage and sweat it with it for 30 seconds. Now the cocktail tomatoes and half of the lemon juice follow. Simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Add the remaining lemon juice and a lot of salt and pepper and mix everything together. Turn off the stove and fold in the feta.
  6. Finally serve and enjoy.
