Ingredients

  • 3 large tomato (s)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, fresh
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil, alternatively basil oil
  • 3 tablespoon herbs, Italian
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes, drain the feta. Cut the feta and tomatoes into slices.
  2. Wash and pat dry the parsley and pluck from the stem.
  3. Either brush a suitable baking dish with basil oil, or fold four rectangular shapes out of double-layered aluminum foil. Brush these with a little basil oil as well.
  4. Tile the feta, tomatoes and parsley leaves in the form. Mix the Italian herbs with the pepper and sprinkle the contents of the pans with them.
  5. Place the pans on the grill for 15 minutes. Drizzle with the remaining basil oil before serving.
