Ingredients

  • 8 hot peppers, from the glass, mild, piquant
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 80 g feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch spices (gyros)
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 2 slices toast

Instructions

  1. Fry the peppers and a chopped clove of garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into pieces, add them, fry for another 5 minutes. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces and fry for 5 minutes. Stir well so that it doesn`t burn. When the feta is almost melted, tip 1 knife
  2. Pour gyros spice over it.
  3. Arrange on toast on a plate and pour the chopped parsley over it.
