Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 160 g bulur
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and garlic, dice finely and sauté in the oil until translucent. Add the bulgur, fry briefly and deglaze with the stock, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Add the tomato cubes to the bulgur in the pan and let sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Cut the feta into small cubes and add to the pan, let it steep again until the feta melts slightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
