Ingredients

  • 150 g bulur
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 1 pepper, red or green, core removed
  • 1 green pepper (s), core removed
  • 1 beefsteak tomato (s), core removed
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 6 olives, black, cut into rings
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil or olive oil
  • 300 ml meat broth, or vegetable broth
  • Parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil or swell bulgur using the meat broth according to the manufacturer`s instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, clean the vegetables and dice them.
  3. Fry the onion and pepper cubes in hot rapeseed oil until light golden yellow.
  4. Now add the remaining vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix the bulgur, which is ready in the meantime, with the vegetables, the broth should be soaked up.
  6. Add chopped parsley, carefully season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the whole thing hot.
  8. Grilled lamb steaks go well with it.
  9. You can also eat it cold as a salad the next day.
