Ingredients

  • 500 g round beef
  • 300 g bulur
  • 2 peppers
  • 4 spring onion (s)
  • 550 ml vegetable stock, clear
  • 1 teaspoon harissa
  • 1 teaspoon spice (s), oriental
  • 3 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers and cut into pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat vigorously until it takes on color. Cut the spring onions into slices, add to the meat and fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in the bulgur, harissa and the oriental spices, sweat and pour in the hot vegetable stock. Let everything simmer for about 8 minutes.
  4. Finally fold in the pepper pieces, let them get hot and serve the bulgur pan.
