Drain the pineapple while collecting the juice. Mix together 2 tablespoons of oil, 6 tablespoons of pineapple juice and 1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning, marinate the meat in it for 30 minutes.
Then drain the meat, roll up the bacon and skewer alternately meat, pineapple and bacon on wooden skewers. Fry in 1 tablespoon of oil for about 25 minutes over medium heat, turning occasionally.
