Delicate and velvety chicken soup-puree will appeal to everyone without exception: both adults and children. Light and delicious soup is prepared very simply and the result will be great for any housewife.
Put the chicken breast with vegetables in a saucepan, fill it with about 1 liter of water and put it on fire.
Cook for 45-50 minutes.
We take out the chicken and vegetables from the broth. If the breast is with bone, separate the meat from the bones. And grind everything together with a blender into gruel.
Dry and fry the flour until slightly creamy in a pan without adding oil.
Add a little chicken broth to the flour, stir so that there are no lumps. Bring to a boil and add milk or cream. Bring it to a boil again.
And pour the resulting mixture in portions into a mass of meat and vegetables. We bring to the desired consistency, add salt and spices to taste. If desired, the soup can be boiled again.
Serve a puree soup with finely chopped herbs, crackers or ground nuts
