  • Wheat flour – 1
  • Milk or Cream – 100 Milliliters

  1. Peel and wash the vegetables.
  2. Put the chicken breast with vegetables in a saucepan, fill it with about 1 liter of water and put it on fire.
  3. Cook for 45-50 minutes.

  4. We take out the chicken and vegetables from the broth. If the breast is with bone, separate the meat from the bones. And grind everything together with a blender into gruel.
  5. Dry and fry the flour until slightly creamy in a pan without adding oil.
  6. Add a little chicken broth to the flour, stir so that there are no lumps. Bring to a boil and add milk or cream. Bring it to a boil again.
  7. And pour the resulting mixture in portions into a mass of meat and vegetables. We bring to the desired consistency, add salt and spices to taste. If desired, the soup can be boiled again.
  8. Serve a puree soup with finely chopped herbs, crackers or ground nuts
