Chicken fillet rolls – crispy, tender, and juicy inside! Chicken rolls stuffed with cheese and herbs are easy to prepare, and they fly off the table in the blink of an eye!
Pound each slice with a meat mallet to flatten and tenderize.
Finely chop the garlic. Season each slice with salt, pepper, and the chopped garlic.
Finely chop the greens.
Along one edge of each slice, place roughly 1 tbsp grated cheese and some chopped greens. Roll up tightly from that edge, tucking in the sides to keep the filling enclosed. Secure with toothpick halves.
Coat each roll thoroughly in flour, shaking off excess.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Carefully place the rolls in the pan. Fry for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides and the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
