On the edge of each piece of fillet, put 1 tbsp grated cheese and chopped greens. We form a roll of chicken fillet with cheese and herbs, tucking from the sides so that the cheese does not leak out during cooking. We fasten the edges with halves of toothpicks.
Dip the chicken rolls in flour.
Fry chicken fillet rolls with cheese and herbs in heated vegetable oil until tender (until golden brown).
