Chicken Rolls with Cheese

Chicken Rolls with Cheese Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices.
  2. Pound each slice with a meat mallet to flatten and tenderize.
  3. Finely chop the garlic. Season each slice with salt, pepper, and the chopped garlic.
  4. Finely chop the greens.
  5. Along one edge of each slice, place roughly 1 tbsp grated cheese and some chopped greens. Roll up tightly from that edge, tucking in the sides to keep the filling enclosed. Secure with toothpick halves.
  6. Coat each roll thoroughly in flour, shaking off excess.
  7. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Carefully place the rolls in the pan. Fry for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides and the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  8. Remove the toothpicks and serve immediately.

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
