- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Wash and pat dry the chicken breast fillets, then pound them flat to about 0.5 cm thickness.
- Rinse the fresh dill and finely chop it.
- Peel and mince the 2 garlic cloves.
- In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped dill, sour cream, minced garlic, and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Spread about 0.5 cm of filling on each flattened chicken fillet.
- Roll each fillet tightly into a roll and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
- Pour the cream over the rolls and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
- Serve with a side dish such as vegetable salad, rice, or buckwheat.
