Chicken Rolls with Cottage Cheese Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Wash and pat dry the chicken breast fillets, then pound them flat to about 0.5 cm thickness.
  3. Rinse the fresh dill and finely chop it.
  4. Peel and mince the 2 garlic cloves.
  5. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped dill, sour cream, minced garlic, and salt to taste. Mix well.
  6. Spread about 0.5 cm of filling on each flattened chicken fillet.
  7. Roll each fillet tightly into a roll and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  8. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  9. Pour the cream over the rolls and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
  11. Serve with a side dish such as vegetable salad, rice, or buckwheat.
