Chicken Rolls with Cottage Cheese

A healthy dinner for the whole family – chicken rolls with cottage cheese. Also great for diet food. The rolls are tender, juicy and fragrant.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet (breast) – 800 g
  • Low-fat cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Fresh dill – 1 bunch (to taste)
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Sour cream (or natural yogurt) – 1-2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Cream 10% – 100 ml
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)

Directions

  1. Prepare food. Switch on the oven, set the temperature to 180 ° C.
  2. Wash, dry and beat off both parts of the chicken breast.
  3. Rinse the dill and chop with a knife.
  4. Put cottage cheese, dill and sour cream in a bowl. Peel the garlic, chop and add to the curd. Salt to taste.
  5. Mix well. The filling is ready.
  6. Put the filling in a thin layer (about 0.5 cm) on each part of the prepared fillet.
  7. Roll the chicken fillet with cottage cheese into rolls. Place the chicken rolls with curd in a fireproof dish.
  8. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  9. Pour cream over the rolls and sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Place the rolls in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
  11. Chicken rolls with cottage cheese are ready!
  12. Serve rolls with any side dish (vegetable salad / rice / buckwheat, etc.).
