  • Bulgarian red pepper – 1 pc.
  • Parsley and dill greens – 1 small bunch
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

  1. Essential products for making a pita roll with cottage cheese and pepper.
  2. Peppers can be baked or dipped in boiling water for a few minutes. Peel off the hot pepper and remove the seeds. Cut the pepper into small pieces
  3. Squeeze the garlic through a press and chop the herbs. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, salt and black pepper. Place cottage cheese, bell pepper, herbs with garlic in a blender and chop everything until smooth. Add lemon juice and stir again
  5. Unfold the lavash, put half of the filling on it and spread evenly in a thin layer. Roll up roll. Do the same with other pita bread.

  6. Put the rolls in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to soak.
  7. Then cut into slices and put on a plate.
