Lavash Tartlets with Cottage Cheese Cream and Caviar

If you suddenly forgot to buy (or bake) tartlets on the eve of the holiday, I suggest you make them yourself from a sheet of thin pita bread. By placing any salad or curd cream in pita baskets, as in this recipe, you will make the serving of a delicious dish bright and spectacular.


  • Lavash – 1 pc.
  • Ground paprika – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Sour cream – 2 tablespoons

For curd cream:

  • Avocado – 0.5 pcs. (100 g)
  • Kiwi – 1 pc. (80 g)
  • Cottage cheese – 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Red caviar – 30 g


  1. Prepare all the ingredients for the pita bread tartlets with cottage cheese and caviar.
  2. Spread a sheet of lavash on a flat surface, brush with sour cream and sprinkle with dry paprika.
  3. Cut the pita bread into small squares to fit a muffin tin.
  4. Line each pit in the shape with a pita bread, folding where necessary.
  5. Bake the future tartlets in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 7-8 minutes, until they become golden brown and crispy.
  6. While the tartlets are drying, prepare the curd cream. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, chopped and peeled kiwi, and peeled avocado.
  7. Season with salt and lemon juice.
  8. Place a spoonful of cream in each basket. You can lay it out using a pastry bag. Put 0.5 teaspoon on top of the cream. red caviar.
