Lazy Lavash Khachapuri with Cheese and Cottage Cheese

Ingredients

  • Lavash – 2 sheets
  • Suluguni cheese – 100 g
  • Cottage cheese (not fatty) – 100 g
  • Cilantro (chopped) – 1 tablespoon.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Ground pepper (optional) – to taste
  • Salt (optional) – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Mash Suluguni with a fork.
  3. Pass the garlic through a press.
  4. Combine suluguni, cottage cheese, cilantro, garlic and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  5. Cut lavash into rectangles with sides of 25 by 10 centimeters. Put two pieces of pita bread criss-cross and put 2-3 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
  6. Roll up in an envelope, brushing with a beaten egg.
  7. Put the khachapuri on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  8. Place the khachapuri in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees Celsius, for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Lazy lavash khachapuri with cheese and cottage cheese are ready
