Lavash Roll with Cheese, Ham and Carrots

We bring to your attention a recipe for making a pita roll with a filling. The filling will include such products as ham, hard cheese and Korean carrots. To make the roll juicy, we will use processed cheese with herbs, garlic and mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Lavash – 2 pcs.
  • Ham – 200-250 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Processed cheese – 180 g
  • Korean carrots – 200 g
  • Dill – 2 branches
  • Parsley – 2 sprigs
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Mayonnaise – 100 g

Directions

  1. Preparing the ingredients for stuffed pita bread.
  2. Cut the lavash in half. Grease half with mayonnaise and put ham, cut into strips.
  3. Put the next pita on the ham and coat it again with mayonnaise. Put a layer of Korean carrots on top of the mayonnaise. Put another layer of lavash on the carrots.
  4. Add finely chopped herbs and chopped garlic to the processed cheese. We grease lavash with this sauce.
  5. Put the hard cheese cut into strips and finely chopped herbs on the sauce.
  6. We fold the pita bread into a tight roll and cut into portions. Serve the pita roll with cheese, ham and carrots immediately after cooking.
