Lavash Roll with Cucumber

Lavash roll with a light filling of lettuce leaves, fresh cucumbers, eggs and cheese is a versatile dish that is suitable both for a festive table and for a picnic or a regular breakfast.

Servings: 8


  • Thin lavash – 1 pc.
  • Fresh cucumber – 2 pcs.
  • Romano salad (or other) – 100 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste


  1. Prepare products for a pita bread roll with cucumber.
  2. Wash and dry lettuce leaves.
  3. Cut the lettuce leaves into thin strips.
  4. Wash the cucumbers and cut into slices using a vegetable peeler. It is advisable to blot the sliced ​​cucumbers with a paper towel to get rid of excess juice.
  5. Boil chicken eggs until tender for 8-9 minutes. Peel and finely grate.
  6. Grate cheese.
  7. Spread a sheet of lavash on the table. Brush with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
  8. Visually divide the lavash sheet into 4 parts and lay out the filling. Put the eggs first, then the chopped lettuce leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste and desire.
  9. Then put cheese and cucumbers cut into slices.
  10. Gently roll the pita bread into a roll, turning the edges inward.
  11. Wrap a lavash roll with cucumbers, eggs and cheese in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  12. Then cut into portions and serve.
