Lavash Rolls With Trout

An original appetizer – lavash rolls, decoration of any festive table.

Cook: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Armenian lavash – 1 pc.
  • Lightly salted or lightly smoked trout – 120 g
  • Creamy curd cheese (like Almette or Hochland) – 1 jar
  • Greens – 1 bunch
  • Leaf salad – optional

Directions

  1. How to make pita rolls:
    Unroll the pita bread, cut the edges if necessary.
  2. Spread the cheese on the pita bread, evenly, it is convenient to do this with a silicone spatula.
  3. Sprinkle with herbs.
  4. Arrange the fish and salad.
  5. And roll-up. If, when folding under your hands, you feel emptiness, feel free to add fish there (if left).
  6. This is how it looks from the end. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  7. Cut the pita rolls.
