Lavash Roll with Canned Fish and Cucumber

We offer you an excellent, quick, and very simple recipe for lavash roll stuffed with canned fish and fresh cucumber!

Ingredients

  • Thin lavash – 1 pc.
  • Canned fish (saury, sardine, pink salmon, tuna, etc.) – 1 can
  • Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 100 g
  • Fresh dill – 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Divide the lavash into two parts, grease with sour cream.
  2. Mash the fish, drain the excess liquid from the jar.
  3. Grate cucumbers or cut them into cubes.
  4. Chop the dill finely.
  5. On pita bread, from one edge, layout canned fish, cucumber, dill in layers, add salt.
  6. We roll the pita bread with the filling into a roll, bending over the edges.
  7. Lavash roll with fish and cucumber can be cut into 2 parts or can be divided into small rolls.
