- 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 300 g cottae cheese
- 1 small onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 spring onion (s)
- salt
- pepper

- First fry the chicken breast in the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, press the garlic into the cottage cheese, mix with the soy sauce, add the onion finely chopped and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the chicken breast fillets in the middle on one side and place in an ovenproof dish, pour the cottage cheese mixture on top and bake at 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
- Serve and sprinkle with spring onions to taste. Tastes good and satisfies without any side dishes, making it perfect for a low carb diet.
