Instructions

  1. The chicken is peeled off the bones, cut into small pieces and placed in a bowl.
  2. Cut the orange above and below, place it on a board and then cut the peel off the pulp with a sharp knife. Now cut out (fillet) the individual gaps between the skins. Cut the orange fillets again and add to the chicken.
  3. Squeeze out the remnants of the orange skin between your hands and collect the juice in a separate bowl, which will later be used to mix the cream of the salad.
  4. The banana is peeled, quartered, cut into small pieces and added to the other ingredients.
  5. Mix the curry powder, a little salt and freshly ground pepper with the salad cream and orange juice and fold into the meat-orange-banana mixture.
  6. This fruity-fresh salad goes very well with fresh toast or juicy wholemeal bread.
