Put the finely chopped ginger and garlic and all the remaining ingredients for the marinade in a mixing bowl. Cut the chicken breast fillet and bell pepper into small pieces. Pound the meat tenderly and let it steep in the marinade for about 1 hour. Then stick the meat alternately with the pepper pieces on skewers.
Fry the skewers on both sides over a high heat. This is also possible on the grill.
