Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken or turkey schnitzel and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and turn in a little lemon peel and then carefully in flour. Turn in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs and press the breading down well.
  2. Now heat plenty of butter in a pan and fry the schnitzel in it until crispy brown.
  3. Serve with potatoes, lemon wedges and a fresh salad.
