Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into 3 cm cubes.
  2. In a covered bowl, mix the chicken with the mashed onions (or their juice), milk, oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
  4. Cut the red onions, tomatoes, and green peppers into 6 pieces each.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
  6. Grill over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until the chicken reaches 74°C / 165°F internally.
  7. Serve hot with rice, French fries, or salad.
