Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 3 cm cubes.
- In a covered bowl, mix the chicken with the mashed onions (or their juice), milk, oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
- Cut the red onions, tomatoes, and green peppers into 6 pieces each.
- Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
- Grill over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until the chicken reaches 74°C / 165°F internally.
- Serve hot with rice, French fries, or salad.
