Instructions
- Cut the chicken fillets into bite-sized cubes and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
- Peel the onion and cut into eighths.
- Clean and core the bell peppers and cut into small squares.
- Clean the jerky (remove any cartilage) and cut into cubes.
- Thread the wooden skewers: start with jerky, then alternate chicken, onion, and bell pepper pieces, repeating until full, and finish with jerky.
- Grill the skewers over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74 °C (165 °F).
