Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken fillet (s)
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 150 g beef jerky (smoked pork belly)
  • 1 large onion (s)

For the marinade:

  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large chilli pepper (s), red
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First make the marinade. Finely pull the onion and garlic over the slicer, finely chop the chilli. Mix the olive oil with salt and pepper and add the onions and chilli.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into bite-sized cubes and rub / knead well in a bowl with the marinade. Let it steep in the refrigerator for several hours (preferably overnight).
  3. Peel and roughly eighth of the onion, clean and core the peppers and cut into small squares.
  4. Clean the jerky (remove the cartilage) and also cut into cubes.
  5. Now fill the wooden skewers, start with the jerky meat, then follow the chicken, onion, paprika and repeat until the end of the skewer and finish the skewer with a jerky cube.
  6. The jerky meat ensures that it gets a great taste when grilled and that the chicken does not get dry.
