Ingredients
- 4 beef roulade (s) from the leg
- 4 slices bacon, large and thin, smoked
- Mustard, for brushing
- pepper
- oil

- Knock the roulades lightly with the ball of your hand, rub in oil, pepper and brush with mustard.
- Place slices of bacon the size of the meat on top and roll tightly into roulades. Spike with several kebab skewers or toothpicks at the appropriate distance.
- Only now cut through between the skewers. Line up on kebab skewers
- Grill slowly over low heat.
